ERASMUS EXCHANGE PROGRAM

 

It is a European Union program that encourages higher education institutions to cooperate with each other and to ensure the international mobility of the university student. Higher education institutions to produce and implement joint projects with each other; short-term students and staff provide free financial support to exchange.

 

Erasmus program, Lifelong Learning Those countries included in the program of the European Union of 27 countries, not members of the European Union European Economic Area members Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and the candidate countries to the European Union include Turkey. It has been implemented in European Union countries since 1987. It can be said that EU Education and Youth Programs are the most attractive program in terms of having 1 million 100 thousand student exchanges as of 2003. The Erasmus program is open to the benefit of higher education institutions. In all activities to be carried out within the framework of the Eurasmus program, at least one of the parties is required to be a member state of the European Union.

FARABI EXCHANGE PROGRAM

In short, the-Farabi Exchange Program ve Student and Faculty Exchange Program among Higher Education Institutions is an exchange program for students and faculty between universities and high technology institutes.

The Farabi Exchange Program aims to enable students or faculty members to continue their education and training activities in a higher education institution for a period of one or two semesters. The principles related to the implementation of the Farabi Exchange Program are detailed by the Regulations and Principles and Procedures.

MEVLANA EXCHANGE PROGRAM

 

Mevlana Exchange Program is a program which aims to realize the exchange of students and academic staff among higher education institutions providing education in Turkey and higher education institutions providing education abroad. With the Regulation published in the Official Gazette dated August 23, 2011 and numbered 28034, the way for the exchange of students and academic staff has been opened between the institutions of higher education abroad and the institutions in our country.

 

Students wishing to participate in the exchange program are required to study at least a maximum of two semesters; faculty members can benefit from the program to teach in higher education institutions in the world for at least 1 week and maximum 3 months. Similarly, students from all regions of the world also come within the scope of higher education institutions and faculty can participate in educational activities program in Turkey.
